根据“中国水稻品种的光温生态” (科学出版社、1978)中的表9资料,对39个水稻品种的光周期反应特性作了数量分类。首先以播种至抽穗的天数为 y,日长为 x,对各品种的光周期反应作了 y=a+bx+cx~2的二次多项式回归分析。再根据回归的计算,把水稻品种的光周期反应特性分解为:最适光周期(小时),最适光周期的表现——基础营养生长期(天)及其感光性(天/小时),0.5,1.0,2.0和4.0倍于基础营养生长期下的激变光周期(小时);12—13小时,13—14小时和14—15小时不同日长下生育期的差(天);临界光周期(小时)等11个性状,并按相应的标准把上述各性状分成9级。在分级的基础上,依R.sokal 等的方法作了数量分类,把39个品种分为四大群,八亚群。并对各群间感光性的演化关系作了讨论。
According to Table 9 in “Light and Temperature Ecology of Chinese Rice Varieties” (Science Press, 1978), the photoperiodic response characteristics of 39 rice cultivars were quantitatively classified. First, the quadratic polynomial regression of y = a + bx + cx ~ 2 was carried out for the photoperiodic response of each cultivar, with the number of days from planting to heading as y and the length of day as x. Then according to the regression calculation, the photoperiod response characteristics of rice varieties are decomposed into: the optimum photoperiod (hours), the performance of the optimal photoperiod - the basal vegetative growth period (days) and its photosensitivity (days / hour) 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, and 4.0 times the photoperiod photoperiod (hours) at the basal vegetative phase; the difference in days (days) between 12-13 hours, 13-14 hours, and 14-15 hours under different daylengths; Cycle (hours) and other 11 traits, and according to the corresponding standards of the traits are divided into 9 levels. On the basis of grading, according to the method of R.sokal and other quantitative classification, the 39 varieties are divided into four groups, eight sub-group. And the evolution of the relationship between the photosensitive groups were discussed.
