目的:探讨胃复安足三里穴位注射治疗胃脘痛及其他主要症状的临床效果。方法:将91例确诊为胃脘痛的住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组仅给予常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以胃复安足三里穴位注射,1次/d。结果:观察组总有效率45例(97.8%),对照组总有效率39例(86.7%),2组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃复安足三里穴位注射可减轻患者临床症状,提高治疗有效率。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Weifu’an injection of Zusanli point injection in the treatment of stomach pain and other major symptoms. Methods: Ninety-one inpatients diagnosed as having stomachache were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given only conventional drug therapy. The observation group was given Fufang-A and Zusanli acupoint injection once a day . Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 45 cases (97.8%), while the total effective rate in the control group was 39 cases (86.7%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Weixu’an injection of Zusanli can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the treatment efficiency.
