随着高等职业教育的快速发展,职业能力培养越来越受到各个学校的重视,为保证思想政治教育和行为养成教育的质量,本文提出“两室教育”的模式,指出了“两室教育”的主要目标、内容和具体实施办法,并探讨了“两室教育”的新理念和新方法,提出了强调人文关怀和软环境建设,积极推进激励机制建设等问题。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education, vocational ability training is getting more and more attention from all schools. In order to ensure the quality of education through ideological and political education and behavior, this paper proposes a model of “two-room education” and points out that “ Two-room education ”, and discussed the new ideas and methods of “ two-room education ”, put forward the emphasis on humanistic care and soft environment construction, and actively promote the construction of incentive mechanism and other issues.
