最近我们试验成功了一种小型的整体飞刀,加工出了m=1.5的双头小蜗轮。经过检验,其相邻周节误差为0.009mm,周节累积误差为0.012mm。装配后进行涂色检验,接触斑点在齿长及齿高两个方向上均为70%以上,达到了6级蜗轮的精度标准。整体飞刀的特点是结构比较简单,工艺性较好,生产效率比普通飞刀高,尤其是加工多头蜗轮最适用。多头蜗轮的螺旋角较大,要制造A级精度以上的多头蜗轮滚刀,当螺旋角大于12°时,即使对于专业工厂来说也是很困难的,而采用整体飞刀则可以满足一般多头蜗轮的精度要求。
