为探讨粘膜免疫反应的诱导因素,本文采用光镜、电镜和免疫组化法观察了30只BALB/c小鼠经口柯萨奇病毒诱导下集合淋巴小结(Peyer’s Patch PP)中淋巴细胞的类型、超微结构和迁移特点.结果:光镜下PP明显增大,圆顶区(dome区)上皮内淋巴细胞(dome intraepithelial lymphocytes:dIEL)与正常组比较明显增多(P<0.01),而dIEL在分布位置上无显著差异(P>0.05).电镜下胚中心及旁滤泡区细胞增生活跃,出现大量巨噬细胞及树突状细胞淋巴细胞丛.在dome区上皮内发现近绒毛顶的淋巴细胞与下方的淋巴细胞或巨噬细胞有紧密接触.dome区M细胞下方的囊袋内淋巴细胞成群.同时dome区还可见大量内质网丰富淋巴细胞.PP的输出淋巴管和高内皮静脉内充满淋巴细胞,并见有的淋巴细胞正在穿越高内皮,有的正在穿越基膜.结果提示:PP以其抗原传递活跃、淋巴细胞增殖、迁移活跃诱导了经口柯奇病毒产生的粘膜免疫反应,PP的dome区同时发挥了效应功能.
