通过应用特尔菲法与行为事件访谈法成功构建出一套新媒体语境下的高职院校教师胜任力指标体系。该指标体系中包含了持续性自我学习创新、沟通与合作、动机与价值以及质量关注与监控4个维度的总计16项指标。同时,该体系关注教师的核心特质,符合新媒体语境的特点,具有可操作性,有利于高职院校的师资队伍建设。
By using Delphi method and interviews with behavioral events, a set of index system of competency of teachers in higher vocational colleges under the context of new media has been successfully established. The indicator system includes a total of 16 indicators of continuous self-learning innovation, communication and cooperation, motivation and value, and quality concern and monitoring in four dimensions. At the same time, the system pays attention to the core characteristics of teachers and is in line with the characteristics of the new media context. It is feasible and conducive to the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.
