在城市中园林绿化工程占有重要的地位,对于一座城市而言,园林绿化景观的好坏将会对城市环境质量和城市形象产生直接而深远的影响,作为环境整治的重要组成部分,各地都加大了在城市园林绿化建设方面的投入,对于改善城市的宜居环境,提升城市品位具有重要的意义。园林绿化工程管理是园林施工企业的效益的直接影响因素,所以,必须给予高度重视。本文结合园林项目管理的现状,提出可行性管理措施,以期提高园林绿化工程的质量。
