教育评估是现代教育管理的重要手段,因其具有导向、激励、鉴定和调控等多种职能。故而在教育宏观管理和教育质量保障中的作用日益突出,但现实中大多数专业评估机构的生存与发展却遇到了重重困难。在构建“服务型政府”和扩大学校办学自主权的大背景下,教育评估事业亟需突出重围,走依法评估、专业评估的道路,重视发挥教育评估中介机构的作用,形成“政府-中介-学校”的三段式管理链。本期专题在上海市教育评估院的协助下,特组织相关文章,视角有所差异,但都表达了对完善教育评估制度、发展教育评估事业的积极思索,希望读后能对您有所启发。
