采用HNO_3/H_2O_2湿法微波消解制样,应用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定蕨麻中K,Na,Tl,Ti,Sn,Al,B,Ba,Ca,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mg,Mn,P,S,Si,Sr和Zn等19种无机元素,钙含量451.6 mg·kg~(-1),铁含量83.4 mg·kg~(-1)。该方法的待测元素的检出限为0.00~74.75μg·L~(-1),相对标准偏差为-2.85%~2.70%(n=9),回收率为95.6%~106.4%(n=3)。试验方法简单,重现性好,可用于测定样品元素。测定结果为蕨麻的药理作用提供依据。
The HNO 3 / H 2 O 2 wet-digestion method was used to determine the contents of K, Na, Tl, Ti, Sn, Al, B and Ba in Brassica juncea at the same time by ICP-OES. Nineteen kinds of inorganic elements such as Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, P, S, Si, Sr and Zn were obtained. The content of calcium was 451.6 mg · kg -1 and the content of iron was 83.4 mg · kg -1 . The detection limit of this method was 0.00 ~ 74.75μg · L -1, with relative standard deviation of -2.85% ~ 2.70% (n = 9) and recovery of 95.6% ~ 106.4% (n = 3). Test method is simple, reproducible, can be used to determine the sample elements. The determination results provide the basis for the pharmacological action of the fern.
