为了进一步探讨中药丹仙康骨胶囊的治疗作用 ,从生化、骨密度与组织形态学角度评价中药丹仙康骨胶囊的治疗效果。以卵巢切除诱导制作骨质疏松模型 ,观察丹仙康骨胶囊对反应骨代谢状况的生化指标 ,以及股骨近端骨密度与股骨近端、子宫、肾上腺的组织形态学变化的影响。结果显示用药 3个月后 ,中药治疗组骨代谢参数明显改善 ,骨密度则明显增高 ,与模型组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;而且中药组子宫内膜萎缩、肾上腺皮质球状带痿缩与索状带细胞浊肿均明显减轻 ,股骨近端骨小梁骨化良好 ,皮质骨厚度增大。表明中药丹仙康骨胶囊通过改善模鼠骨代谢与内分泌功能 ,促进骨形成 ,抑制骨吸收而呈现抗骨质疏松作用
In order to further explore the therapeutic effects of Danxian Kanggu capsules, the therapeutic effect of Danxian Kanggu Capsules was evaluated from the perspective of biochemistry, bone density and histomorphology. The osteoporosis model was induced by oophorectomy to observe the biochemical indicators of metabolic metabolism of the reaction bone of Danxiankanggu capsule, and the influence of bone density on the proximal femur and the histomorphological changes of proximal femur, uterus, and adrenal glands. The results showed that after 3 months of treatment, the bone metabolism parameters of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were significantly improved, and the bone density was significantly higher (P<0.05). Both the contracture and cord edema of the cord were significantly reduced. The trabecular bone of the proximal femur was well ossified and the cortical bone thickness was increased. It shows that Danxiankanggu Capsule can improve bone metabolism and endocrine function, promote bone formation, inhibit bone resorption, and show anti-osteoporosis.
