针对出砂引起的泵使用寿命短、施工费用高而严重妨碍了稠油油田生产这一普遍现象 ,分析了地层矿物成分和胶结情况 ,用粘土稳定剂 (含量约为 14% )加强粘土的化学键 ,稳住地层中的砂子 ,减少流入井筒内的砂量 ,延长泵使用寿命。分析总结了现场施工结果和经济效益 ,提出施工井的选择标准 ,并对用粘土稳定剂进行防砂的前景看好
In view of the short service life of the pump caused by sand production and the high construction cost which seriously hindered the general phenomenon of heavy oil production, the composition and the cementation of the minerals in the formation were analyzed. The clay bond (about 14%) was used to reinforce the chemical bond of the clay , Stabilize the sand in the formation, reduce the amount of sand flowing into the wellbore, and prolong the service life of the pump. Analysis and summary of the construction results and economic benefits of the site, put forward the selection criteria for construction wells, and prospects for sand control with clay stabilizers are good
