有这样一句广告语:“人生就像一场旅行,不必在乎目的地,在乎的是沿途的风景以及看风景的心情。”有人为了直奔目的地,卯足劲地埋头往前赶,抵达终点之后,回想一路行程,才发现最美的风景其实都在沿途。十几年的从教经历让我更加领悟这句话的内涵,教育其实也是一段路程,最美的也并不是目的地,而是沿途的风景。刚工作时年轻气盛,总觉得自己各方面工作很出色:教育理念先进,教学方法多样,教学手段丰富。因此,总想早点出人头

More than a decade of teaching experience let me more comprehend the meaning of this sentence, education is actually a while, the most beautiful is not a destination, but the scenery along the way. Just young and energetic at work, always felt that all aspects of their work very well: advanced educational concepts, teaching methods and diverse, rich teaching methods.
