我局从一九七三年起先后试制了程控吊袋机、初分机、42格口V型托盘分拣机,从单机到联机配套形成一条初细二次分拣方式作业线。它与过去手工分拣相比是一个飞跃,在生产中发挥了一定作用,也受到广大工人的欢迎。这条作业线的简略情况如下:(1)开拆:采用封闭环行轨(22.8米)和程控吊袋车三部,实测每小时开拆108袋。开拆包件(每袋按平均8件计)为864件。其问题是:封闭环行轨的吊袋点虽多,但开拆点只一个,故效率低。开拆环节的处理能力不能满足日进口平均量750~900袋,日最高袋量1076袋的生产要求。
Our bureau piloted the program-controlled bag-hanging machine, the first extension machine and the 42-slot V-type tray sorting machine from 1973 to form a preliminary fine second sorting operation line from the single machine to the on-line package. It is a leap compared with the manual sorting in the past, which has played a role in the production and is also welcomed by the majority of workers. The brief operation of this line is as follows: (1) Opening: The closed loop rail (22.8 meters) and program-controlled baggage car three, the measured open hourly 108 bags. Open the package (each bag by an average of 8 pieces) to 864 pieces. The problem is: Closed loop rail bag hanging point, though more, but only one open point, it is inefficient. Open processing capacity can not meet the daily import of the average 750 ~ 900 bags, the highest bag capacity of 1076 bags of production requirements.
