目的:筛选研究桃红化浊丸的生产工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以提取次数、煎煮时间、加水量为考察因素,以醇浸出物和出膏率为考察指标,优选提取工艺。结果:桃红化浊丸的最佳提取工艺条件为:加水量为8倍和6倍,每次浸泡2h,提取时间为1.5h。结论:根据药材所含成分性质,通过对桃红化浊丸生产工艺几个关键点的研究,确定了桃红化浊丸的生产工艺合理、科学、可行。
Objective: To screen and study the production process of Taohonghuazhu Wan. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to investigate the factors such as extraction times, boiling time and water addition. Results: The optimal extraction conditions of Taohonghuazhuo Wan were as follows: the amount of water added was 8 times and 6 times, soaking for 2 hours and the extraction time was 1.5 hours. Conclusion: According to the properties of the components contained in medicinal materials, through the study of several key points in the production process of peonyghhuazhu pill, the production process of peachghuazhu pill was determined to be reasonable, scientific and feasible.
