截至8月8日,全国31个省级行政区除青海外,都已公布了2013年的“经济半年报”。各地GDP增速普遍回落,30个省级行政区上半年GDP平均增长不到10%,比去年同期少了近1个百分点,其中有21个省级行政区连续两年增长放缓。显示在我国经济转型升级的关键时期,地方经济增长面临着巨大压力。本报告按照2012年GDP总量分别选取5万亿元及以上、2.5(含)-3.5(不含)万亿元、1.5(含)-2.5(不含)万亿元、
As of August 8, all 31 provincial-level administrative regions in the country have announced the “Economic Semi-Annual Report 2013” except for Qinghai. The GDP growth rate of all regions generally dropped. The GDP of the 30 provincial-level administrative regions in the first half of the year increased by less than 10% on average, nearly 1 percentage point less than that of the same period of last year. Among them, 21 provincial-level administrative regions slowed down for two consecutive years. It shows that in the crucial period of China’s economic restructuring and upgrading, the local economic growth is under tremendous pressure.
