从2005年7月21日人民币汇率制度宣布改革至今,我国开始实行以市场供求为基础、参考一篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度,人民币汇率已经多次小幅升值。一方面人民币升值的压力暂时得到缓解,另一方面我们必须清醒的认识到,在这一番小幅、渐进、可控的升值之后,有关人民币升值的预期并没有被根除。本文对人民币升值对中国对外贸易影响与应对措施进行探讨。
From July 21, 2005, when the Renminbi exchange rate regime announced the reform so far, China began to implement a floating exchange rate system regulated and managed with reference to a basket of currencies based on the market supply and demand. The renminbi exchange rate has slightly appreciated on many occasions. On the one hand, the pressure of renminbi appreciation temporarily eased; on the other hand, we must clearly realize that the expected appreciation of the renminbi has not been eradicated after this small, gradual and controlled appreciation. This article discusses the impact of RMB appreciation on China’s foreign trade and countermeasures.
