目的:分析妊娠合并糖尿病36例患者采用加减参芪地黄汤治疗的临床疗效.方法:随机选择本院2019年8月至2020年8月收治的72例妊娠糖尿病患者纳入研究,依照治疗方式不同均分成两组,对照组和研究组,对照组予以常规治疗,指导患者合理饮食、增强运动,研究组基于此予以加减参芪地黄汤治疗,观察两组患者治疗疗效.结果:研究组治疗有效率明显优于对照组,组间差异满足统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者各项血糖指标(糖化血红蛋白、餐前血糖、餐后血糖)比较发现显著差异,满足统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:妊娠糖尿病患者采用加减参芪地黄汤治疗效果突出,可有效改善患者临床表现,合理控制血糖水平,可在临床推广应用.
