教育是一个国家社会系统的重要组成部分,教育的和谐发展是实现社会和谐的途径之一。而当前,通过各级各类教育所培养出的人才与社会对合格人才的需求还存在着一定的矛盾与脱节,这就导致了社会需求与人才供给存在着不对称与失衡,即人才与社会之间供与求的不和谐。那么,如何顺应时代发展要求,使社会需求与人才供给等各要素和谐共生便成为新时期社会发展对教育提出的一项课题。
