根据《国务院关于大力发展职业教育的决定》要求,为在全国高等职业院校中树立改革示范,教育部与财政部联合下发《关于实施国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划,加快高等职业教育改革与发展的意见》,《意见》规定在“十一五”期间,实施国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划,启动首批28所示范院校的项目建设。为给共他高职院校的发展提供借鉴,有必要对首批国家示范高职院校商务英语专业双师结构师资队伍与实训教学体系建设进行对比研究。
