患者男,68岁。患Ⅱ型糖尿病3年,血糖波动在11.2～12.9m mol/L(200～230mg/dl),尿糖(+)～(++++),尿酮体间断阳性。平时服优降糖2.5mg qd,及六味地黄丸等中药,从未进行过系统治疗。入院前1个月自觉咽痛、流涕伴低热,服治疗感冒的中药后症状减轻。1周后体温逐渐升高,右眼视力锐减伴右眼球红肿疼痛。眼科检查:右眼视力光感,眼睑皮肤红肿,睑启闭功能受
