森林生态系统中土壤的呼吸速率随植被类型的不同而变化。利用LI-6400-09土壤呼吸气室测定天山云杉纯林、天山云杉+天山花楸(Sorbus tianschanica Rupr.)混交林、天山云杉+新疆方枝柏(Juniperus pseudosabina Fisch.et Mey.)混交林3种林分类型在生长季(6月~9月)的土壤呼吸速率大小。结果显示:测定时段内,3种林分类型土壤呼吸速率在生长季节不同月份的变化为单峰型,7月的土壤呼吸速率最高,分别为5.65±0.46μmol.m-2.s-1、5.79±0.27μmol.m-2.s-1和4.49±0.29μmol.m-2.s-1;且以天山云杉+天山花楸类型的土壤呼吸速率为最高。在整个测定时段内3个林分类型土壤呼吸速率的大小均与土壤相对湿度相关,其中,天山云杉纯林和天山云杉+天山花楸混交林的土壤呼吸速率与土壤相对湿度呈显著相关(P<0.05),天山云杉+新疆方枝柏混交林的土壤呼吸速率与土壤相对湿度呈极显著相关性(P<0.01)。
Soil respiration rates in forest ecosystems vary with the type of vegetation. The soil of Pianshanishan, Tianshan Mountains, Sorbus tianschanica Rupr. Mixed forest, Tianshan spruce + Juniperus pseudosabina Fisch.et Mey. Were determined by LI-6400-09 soil respiration gas chamber. Soil respiration rate of three forest types in mixed forest during the growing season (June to September). The results showed that during the measurement period, the soil respiration rate of three forest types changed unimodally in different months of the growing season, and the soil respiration rate was the highest in July (5.65 ± 0.46μmol.m-2.s-1, 5.79 ± 0.27μmol.m-2.s-1 and 4.49 ± 0.29μmol.m-2.s-1, respectively. And the soil respiration rate of Tianshanbanna and Tianshan Sorbus was the highest. The soil respiration rate of three forest types was related to soil relative humidity throughout the measurement period. Among them, the soil respiration rate was significantly correlated with soil relative humidity in mixed stands of Tianshan Picea and Tianshan Spruce + Tianshan Sorokiniana (P <0.05). The soil respiration rate of Tianshan spruce (Picea mongolica) + Fraxinus mandshurica mixed forest showed extremely significant correlation with soil relative humidity (P <0.01).
