小儿智能发育是优生优育工作所关心的主要内容。目前国内外都十分重视小儿智能发育的研究。有关测试小儿智能的方法较多,方法有简有繁,最简单的方法为绘人试验法,有一张纸和一支笔就可以测试。有的较繁琐,测一个小儿要化2~3个小时,如韦氏法。 1980年以来,我们参考国内外有关资料,结合我国实际情况,制定了一种较为精确而简便的测试方法。把小儿智能分为智力和能力两大项,又分粗动作、手动作、生活力、反应、理解、说话六小项。从出生开始即可测试。本方法最初由第三军医大学第一附医院(又称西南医院)儿科提出,称为西南小儿智测法,经过介绍推广,已被国内较多地区采用。从1983~1985年,共收集22地区和单位6613例小儿智能测试结果:总智能水平为103.2±9.5;男孩为103.0±9.1,女孩为103.5±9.8,女孩略高于男孩。影响小儿智能有关因素分析结果:父母一方具有大专以上文化程度的小儿881例,智能水平(105.4±10.1)明显高于父
