市郊湖光小学体育教师彭康爱,从事体育教学工作成绩显著,被评为全国优秀教师。他抓体育教学,在努力提高学生技能、增强学生体质的同时,还狠抓德育,收到了很好的效果。彭康爱老师从事体育教学多年,坚持做到备课先备人。他站在育人的高度,在体育工作计划中制定育人的目标,并且落实到教学上。他备每一节课,都力求做到一“整体三考虑”,即:这节课的思想教育要为育人的整体目标服务;同时一考虑如何挖掘教材的思想因素,充分发挥其作用;二考虑学生(包括集体与个人)的思想实际,进行针对性的教育;三考虑学生的年龄、心理特点,采取优化的教学方法。譬如他备四(1)班的一节体育课,教材内容是篮球,他针对部分女学生闹小圈子的问题,结合教材特点,确定思想教育的重点为“团结友爱”教育。于是他就设计了几种练习形式,把女同学分为两大组:(1)进行投篮竞赛,以计总分决胜;(2)进行对面传球、原地运球竞赛,以速度决胜;(3)每个同学都轮流给全组的每一个人作一次传球投篮;(4)最后8分钟邀请跳舞,每个同学都要邀请全组每人跳一次。通过这
