将极度矮化的显性矮源矮变1号(携带显性矮秆基因Rht10)与渝麦4号等小麦常规良种杂交,选育出了株高较矮变1号显著增高的衍生矮源西农02、西农04、西农05。发现由于核遗传背景的改变,衍生矮源西农02在杂交1代种中对父本株高的致矮能力较矮变1号大为减弱,而与携带Rht3的显性矮源“大姆指矮”衍生而来的“矮苏3”致矮能力相当。采用赤霉酸(GA3)化学标记、矮秆基因的不等位性测交,以及矮秆基因的染色体定位,确认了西农02确系携带有Rht10的矮变1号衍生矮源。指出就致矮能力而论,无论Rht3或Rht10都适宜用于杂交小麦育种。测定了包括西农02、矮变1号、矮苏3在内的有关矮源萌发种子α-淀粉酶活性,发现矮变1号衍生矮源的α-淀粉酶活性较矮苏3有高有低,指出只有采用近等基因系法才能对Rht3及Rht10在杂交小麦育种中基因的多效性作出全面准确的评价。进而对显性矮源在自然界的发现、研究与利用进行了相应的讨论。指出,极度矮化的大姆指矮、矮变1号仅系Rht3,Rht10在自然界存在的特殊形式,核遗传背景可以大量地调整Rht3,Rht10的株高表型,因此Rht3,Rht10不但可以在杂交小麦而且可能在小麦常规育种中得到利?

The activity of α-amylase of dwarf germinating seeds including Xinong 02, Dwarfing 1 and Dwarf 3 were determined. It was found that the α-amylase activity of dwarfing derived dwarf source was higher than that of dwarf Su-3 Low, and pointed out that only using near-isogenic lines in order to Rht3 and Rht10 hybrid wheat breeding in the gene polymorphism to make a comprehensive and accurate evaluation. Then the discovery, research and utilization of dominant dwarf sources in nature are discussed. Pointed out that the dwarf dwarf means short, dwarfing only Rht3, Rht10 exists in nature in a special form, the nuclear genetic background can greatly adjust Rht3, Rht10 plant height phenotype, so Rht3, Rht10 not only in Hybrid wheat and may benefit from routine wheat breeding?
