目的探讨肺癌组织中PTEN基因表达的意义并与肺良性病变组织进行比较。方法采用免疫组化SP法测定PTEN基因的表达率。结果PTEN基因在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率为50.6%,显著低于肺良性病变组织的93.3%(P<0.01)。小细胞癌组织中的阳性率为31.8%,显著低于鳞癌组织(59.6%)和腺癌组织(46.7%)(P<0.05)。在相同组织学类型的肺癌组织中,PTEN基因的阳性表达率高分化组显著高于低分化组。结论PTEN基因的缺失与肺癌的发生与发展密切相关,并可能影响肿瘤的分化。
Objective To investigate the significance of PTEN gene expression in lung cancer and compare with benign lung disease. Methods The expression of PTEN gene was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive expression rate of PTEN gene in lung cancer was 50.6%, which was significantly lower than that in benign lung tissues (93.3%, P <0.01). The positive rate of small cell carcinoma was 31.8%, which was significantly lower than that of squamous cell carcinoma (59.6%) and adenocarcinoma (46.7%) (P <0.05). In the same histological types of lung cancer tissues, PTEN gene expression was significantly higher in well-differentiated group than in poorly differentiated group. Conclusion The deletion of PTEN gene is closely related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer and may affect the differentiation of tumor.
