1985~1989年,从黑龙江省栽培大豆根瘤中分离出的27—50(快生型大豆根瘤菌)和22—10(慢生型大豆根瘤菌),经水培、砂培、盆栽和全省小区中试和大面积应用证明:27—50比美国菌种61A76多增产5.7%,亩多增收大豆7.8公斤,比不接种增产13.5%,亩增收大豆18.4公斤;22—10比61A76多增产3.7%,亩多增收大豆5.2公斤,比不接种增产11.2%,增收大豆15.9公斤。两个菌种应用面积已达103.2万亩。
