要创造充满活力的组织,经理人员应记住下列五项原则: 1.分享信息。知识就是力量。一切决策的根源在于知识及信息的完备性。因此,经理人应在组织中建立良好的信息回馈系统,让人人得以分享最新的信息,以制定出最好的决策。2.将决策权授予最接近问题的人。愈接近问题的人,愈关心问题解决与否,就愈能积极参与。让他们解决问题,其所创造的附加利益,远大于那些高级主管所创造的。
To create a dynamic organization, managers should keep in mind the following five principles: 1. Share information. knowledge is power. The root of all decisions is the completeness of knowledge and information. Therefore, managers should establish a good information feedback system in the organization so that everyone can share the latest information to make the best decisions. 2. Give the decision right to the person closest to the problem. The closer a person is to the problem, the more he or she cares about solving the problem, the more actively he can participate. To allow them to solve problems, the additional benefits they create are much greater than those created by senior executives.
