我厂生产车轴的批量较大,一年往往要用几家钢厂的轴坯。虽然各钢厂基本都按YB355-63标准供货,但由于冶金工艺不一,因此轴坯对车轴质量影响差别较大。下面以RD_2型车轴为例,结合钢坯进厂复验和车轴加工各工序的有关数据,用数理统计的方法进行分析。一、主要钢坯生产厂的概况我国现用的车轴钢坯主要是平炉钢。电炉钢由于造价较高,只有个别钢厂小批生产。转炉钢在我国还属小批试生产阶段(文中攀钢的数据为试生产数据)。开坯设备多用初轧机,少数钢厂用大吨位锻锤或水压机。我国几家生产轴坯的钢厂,其冶金工艺见表1。
