对于支持眼压升高作为原发性开角型青光眼（ＰＯＡＧ） ，诊断必要条件的医师来说，正常眼压性青光眼（ＮＴＧ） 的诊断是困难的。正常眼压性青光眼的概念提出了区分眼压依赖性与非眼压依赖性发病因素的要求。本文基于最近的文献复习及Ｍｏｏｒｆｉｅｌｄｓ 眼科医院青光眼组４００ 余例ＮＴＧ 患者的诊治经验，介绍了ＮＴＧ 流行病学、病因学及治疗等方面的一些进展。
For physicians who support intraocular pressure elevation as a prerequisite for primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) diagnosis, diagnosis of normal-tension glaucoma (NTG) is difficult. The concept of normal-tension glaucoma presents a requirement to distinguish between intraocular pressure-dependent and non-intraocular pressure-dependent morbidity factors. Based on recent literature reviews and over 400 NTG patients with glaucoma at the Moorfields Eye Hospital, some advances in the epidemiology, etiology and treatment of NTG were introduced.
