目的了解临沂市河东区医疗机构消毒质量及存在的问题,为进一步完善医院消毒工作提供依据。方法2008-2010年对区直医院、乡镇卫生院及个体诊所(含村卫生室)的物体表面、医护人员手、室内空气、使用中消毒液、紫外线辐射强度进行抽样监测。结果 3年共采样5 623份,合格4 133份,平均总合格率为73.5%。区直医院、乡镇卫生院、个体诊所合格率分别为94.3%、89.7%、70.1%,有显著性差异(P<0.01);物体表面、医护人员手、室内空气、使用中消毒液、紫外线辐照强度合格率分别为70.0%、68.3%、55.0%、86.3%和88.1%,有显著性差异(P<0.01);2008-2010年合格率分别为72.5%、73.7%、74.4%,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论该区医疗机构消毒质量较差,特别是个体诊所是医院消毒的薄弱环节,应重点加强个体诊所的消毒知识培训和监督检查。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality and existing problems of medical institutions in Hedong District of Linyi City and provide the basis for further improvement of disinfection in hospitals. Methods From 2008 to 2010, the sample monitoring was performed on the surface of objects, medical staff, indoor air, the disinfectant in use and the intensity of UV radiation of district hospitals, township hospitals and individual clinics (including village clinics). Results A total of 5 623 samples were obtained in 3 years, with 4 133 passes, with an average total passing rate of 73.5%. There were significant differences (P <0.01) in the passing rate of district-based hospitals, township hospitals and individual clinics of 94.3%, 89.7% and 70.1% respectively.
