By the end of 2015, ASEAN will build three communities - the political-security community, economic community and socio-cultural community. One of the main goals of the economic community is to achieve interoperability. However, beginning of the year, all countries are still looking for ways to develop their domestic infrastructure. In terms of financial security, the self-owned funds of all countries are the wish of political leaders because the loans to foreign countries for construction are not practical.
