平衡,在不同的领域,有不同的描述。对于世界,平衡就是和平;对于国家,平衡就是稳定;对于家庭,平衡就是和睦;对于个人,平衡就是健康;而对于一个单位和组织,平衡则意味着良性循环。平衡是领导干部追求的最优态势。惟有平衡,领导干部才能够日理万机而胸有成竹;惟有平衡,领导干部才能够决策千里而永不言败;惟有平衡,领导干部才能够舒心工作,惬意生活!平衡可以帮助领导干部完成从茧到蝶的蜕变,变成为一个成功的领导者。
