胃镜是诊断上消化道疾病的主要手段之一,但因镜检时给患者带来的恐惧,呕吐等痛苦,使部分患者难以忍受,现将我院2006年内开展无镜胃镜检查30例,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1随机选择做镜者60例,ASA分级I~IV级,平均年龄(55.2±20.1)岁,体质量(53.2±10.2)kg,其中30例要求做无痛胃镜
