为研究本课题,作者观察62例患者。年龄组:1组24例(21~35岁),2组38例(36~55岁)。男26例,女36例。29例行Ⅰ期鼓室成形术(鼓膜和鼓室气腔形成),20例行Ⅱ期手术(11例柱式听骨,9例加长镫骨,8例镫骨切除),4例Ⅳ型鼓室成形术。术后经过按创口愈合、有无耳蜗并发症(有无耳鸣或耳鸣增强)评价。脑血流动力学指标用脑血流图描记,用(?)4-01型流量图和四导程脑电图(4(?)1)记录。晨空腹和早饭后2小时,取卧位或坐位。为鉴别脑血管器质性和功能性病变,做硝酸甘油试验(1/4片硝酸甘油)。用额-乳突(Φ-M)和枕-乳突(O-M)电极,显示颈内和椎动脉区血流动力学。脑血流图评价指标:①基础波幅(A),它可显示血液充盈度,以欧姆为单位。②流量指
To study this topic, the authors observed 62 patients. Age group: a group of 24 patients (21 to 35 years old), two groups of 38 patients (36 to 55 years old). 26 males and 36 females. Twenty-nine patients underwent stage I tympanoplasty (tympanic membrane and tympanic cavity), 20 underwent stage II operation (11 with columnar ossicles, 9 with elongated tarsal bone, 8 with tarsal osteotomy), 4 with type IV tympanoplasty Surgery. After surgery by wound healing, with or without cochlear complications (with or without tinnitus or tinnitus enhancement) evaluation. Cerebral hemodynamics were recorded using a cerebral blood flow map and recorded with a flow pattern of type 4-01 and a four-lead electroencephalogram (4 (?) 1).
