缆机作为高拱坝混凝土浇筑的主要机械,提高其利用率对于加快工程进度、缩短工期、降低成本、保证工程质量具有重要实际意义。通过探入分析缆机双仓联合浇筑条件及干扰,充分发掘缆机的富余浇筑能力,建立了以缆机为基本决策单元的高拱坝缆机双仓联合浇筑模拟优化模型。优化模型以均衡施工强度、提高缆机利用率、加快施工进度为目标,通过对缆机的优化调度来比选方案。研究成果应用于某大坝混凝土浇筑施工中,对于指导高拱坝混凝土施工、优选浇筑方案具有重要理论意义。
Cable machine as a high arch dam concrete pouring of the main machinery to improve the utilization rate for accelerating the progress of the project, shorten the construction period, reduce costs and ensure project quality has important practical significance. Through the analysis of the joint casting conditions and disturbances of the cable car and the full excavation of the excess pouring capacity of the cable machine, a simulation optimization model of double-warehouse high-arch dam combined cable casting machine with cable machine as the basic decision-making unit was established. Optimization model to balance the construction intensity, improve cable utilization, speed up the construction schedule as the goal, through the optimal scheduling cable machine to compare programs. The research results are applied in the concrete pouring construction of a dam, which has important theoretical significance for guiding the concrete arch construction of high arch dam and optimizing the pouring scheme.
