研究了将L-605钴基高温合金粉末和T15超硬高速钢粉末涂覆在20Cr2Ni4WA钢表面,经激光熔凝处理后的涂层表面的凝固特征。结果表明:激光熔凝的涂层表面既有以波纹状形式向前推进的,如涂覆有T15粉末的凝固表面,也有以直线状枝晶形式为其表面凝固特征的,如涂覆有L-605钴基粉末的凝固表面。这表明材料的表页熔体流动特征及材料的热物理性能参数,将明显地影响凝固表面的特征。
The solidification characteristics of the surface of 20Cr2Ni4WA steel coated with L-605 cobalt-based superalloy powder and T15 superhard high-speed steel powder after laser fusion treatment were studied. The results show that the surface of the laser-melted coating advancing in a corrugated form, such as the solidified surface coated with T15 powder and the solidified surface in the form of linear dendrites, such as coated with L -605 Cobalt-based powder solidified surface. This indicates that the characteristics of the surface flow and the thermophysical properties of the material will significantly affect the characteristics of the solidified surface.
