本刊讯日前,住房和城乡建设部下发绿色建筑评价标识管理有关工作的通知。未来,将逐步推行绿色建筑标识实施第三方评价。自通知发布之日起,住房城乡建设部不再对各地住房城乡建设行政主管部门及有关评价机构审定的绿色建筑标识项目进行公示、公告和统一颁发证书、标识。各评价机构对自愿申报的项目,在进行科学、公开、公平、公正评价的基础上,可以以评价机构的名义对通过审定的项目
