目的:调查并分析2009年丽水市各级各类口腔医疗机构及人力资源的配置现状。方法:由丽水市卫生局信息中心提供丽水市2009年各级医疗卫生机构口腔医学专业人才数据。应用EpiData 3.1软件建立数据库,采用SPSS12.0软件包对资料进行统计学分析。结果:丽水市共有口腔医疗机构100个,其中牙科诊所占大多数,为59%;口腔医师254人。口腔科辅助人员少,口腔医师、护士比例约为8∶1。全市口腔医师人口密度为10.04。结论:加强对基层口腔人力资源的继续教育与培训,合理搭建口腔卫生人才结构,是丽水市口腔医学事业发展和实现社会卫生公平的关键。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and analyze the current status of various dental facilities and human resources in Lishui City in 2009. Methods: Lishui City Health Bureau Information Center provided Lishui City in 2009 at all levels of medical and dental institutions of stomatology professionals data. Application EpiData 3.1 software to establish a database using SPSS12.0 software package for statistical analysis. Results: There were 100 oral medical institutions in Lishui City, of which dental clinics accounted for 59% of the total; 254 dentists. Dental assistant staff less, stomatologist, nurse ratio is about 8: 1. The city’s population density of dentists was 10.04. Conclusion: To strengthen the continuing education and training of oral human resources at primary level and construct a reasonable structure of oral health personnel are the key to the development of oral medicine and the realization of social health equity in Lishui City.
