改革开放10多年来,我国从计划经济过渡到市场经济,这是一个大转轨。江泽民同志在党的十四大报告中明确指出:中国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制,以利于进一步解放和发展生产力。他还指出,同经济体制改革和经济发展相适应,必须按照民主化和法制化紧密结合的要求,积极推进社会主义政治体制改革。政治体制改革是多方面,完善宪政制度是其中最重要的方面。
In the 10 years since the reform and opening up, China’s transition from a planned economy to a market economy has been a major transition.
