增强党员领导干部廉政意识,促进党员领导干部廉洁从政,教育是基础,加强廉洁从政教育,引导党员干部树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观和权力观、地位观、利益观;制度是保证,健全和完善制度,形成用制度规范从政行为,按制度办事,靠制度管人的有效机制;落实是关键,实践证明,无论再好的制度,都离不开人的贯彻落实,只有结合工作实际,把贯彻落实制度贯穿于实际工作,制度的效益才能体现出来。在此,笔者以《中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则》的颁布实施为例,浅析了贯彻落实《廉政准则》的关键是要抓好学习教育,学习教育的重点在于加强党员领导干部理想信念教育、廉洁自律教育、党的纪律教育、党的作风教育、警示教育、干部岗位教育、廉洁教育,增强广大干部廉政意识,促进领导干部廉洁从政。

The key to implementing the “Guidelines for Honest and Clean” is to focus on learning and education.
