教育的目的是促进学生的全面发展,但学生由于存在个体差异,会出现擅长的方面和不擅长的方面,因此,在教育中就有必要进行特长生的培养。特长生的培养不仅有利于促进学生的发展,而且为社会培养人才提供有效途径。特长生的培养从总体来讲是一个系统的过程,需要各方面的努力,因此,从高中物理特长生培养的角度出发,结合相关策略进行探讨与研究。
The purpose of education is to promote students’ all-round development. However, due to individual differences, students will be good at what they are and are not good at. Therefore, it is necessary to train special talents in education. The cultivation of special life is not only conducive to the development of students, but also provides an effective way for the society to cultivate talents. In general, the cultivation of special life is a systematic process, which requires various efforts. Therefore, from the perspective of the training of high school physics special talents, the relevant strategies are discussed and studied.
