潍坊市安居工程开发建设中心成立于1996年8月,现拥有干部职工45人,其中高级以上专业技术职务16人,初级专业技术职务13人。其主要职责是:负责城区安居工程(经济适用房)的征地和开发建设,筹措建设资金,分配出售安居住宅,以及对安居小区进行全方位的配套服务和规范化的物业管理。几年来,安居中心的广大干部职工坚持以“三个代表”精神为指针,努力发扬敢打硬拼、勇于开拓、忘我战斗的团队精神,以“建好、管好安居小区创优质工程,让广大中低收入家庭住上放心楼”为宗旨,先后于1997年4月开发建设了国家安居工程樱园小区;1998年6月建设了国家安居工程河滨花园小区;2000年6月建设
