目的:对景天三七乙酸乙酯部位化学成分进行研究。方法:采用色谱法分离纯化,通过波谱法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从景天三七乙酸乙酯部位中分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为:原儿茶酸(1)、咖啡酸(2)、5,7-二羟基色原酮(3)、没食子酸甲酯(4)、没食子酸乙酯(5)、杨梅素(6)、木犀草素(7)、木犀草苷(8)、3’,4’,5,7-四羟基二氢黄酮(9)、鸢尾酚酮(10)、鸢尾酚酮-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)。结论:其中,化合物1~3、8~11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate in Sedum. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopy. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate fraction of Sedum. They were: protocatechuic acid (1), caffeic acid (2), 5,7-dihydroxychromone (3) (4), ethyl gallate (5), myricetin (6), luteolin (7), luteolin (8), 3 ’, 4’, 5,7-tetrahydroxyflavanone (9), irisone (10), irisone-2-O-β-D-glucoside (11). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 ~ 3 and 8 ~ 11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
