我厂生产的高真空油扩散泵是用来获得10~(-7)~10~(-9)托,用于高真空和超高真空环境的最主要设备。其中泵芯零件又是该设备中的主要零件,该零件要求互换性较高。30年来,我厂泵芯制造工艺,经历从整段材料车削成形到现在用多道拉延成形或用手敲成形加靠模整形等多种工艺,往往都造成生产准备周期长、成本高、精度低,而且刚性差,还常常影响油扩散泵性能要求,在一定的程度上还限制了生产率的提高。为此,我们引进了旋压技术。采用旋压技术,完全突破常规工艺框框。旋压加工不仅能使泵芯零件同轴度、几何精度及工件刚性得到提高,而且互换性好,效益明显。

To this end, we have introduced spinning technology. Spinning technology, completely break the conventional technology box. Spinning processing can not only make the pump core parts concentricity, geometric accuracy and workpiece rigidity has been improved, and good interchangeability, effective.
