[目的]了解大连市中山区托幼机构消毒卫生状况,为托幼机构预防性消毒工作提供技术指导。[方法]2009年4~11月,按GB 14934-94《食(饮)具消毒卫生标准》和GB/T 177220-1998《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》对大连市中山区60家托幼机构进行检测。[结果]检测各类监测对象600份,合格率为69.00%。检测合格率,儿童活动室、寝室空气为84.10%,毛巾为75%,口杯为68.33%,餐具为46.15%,玩具、书籍、桌椅为72.00%,使用中消毒剂染菌量为82.76%。[结论]中山区部分托幼机构预防性消毒质量不高,口杯和餐具存在较大隐患。
[Objective] To understand the disinfection and sanitation status of nurseries and kindergartens in Zhongshan District of Dalian City, and provide technical guidance for preventive disinfection work in nurseries and kindergartens. [Method] From April to November, 2009, according to GB 14934-94 Sanitary Standard for Food and Beverage Disinfection and GB / T 177220-1998 Public Health Monitoring Technical Specification, Test. [Result] 600 kinds of monitoring objects were tested, the pass rate was 69.00%. Test pass rate, children’s activity room, bedroom air 84.10%, towels 75%, 68.33% for beakers, tableware 46.15%, toys, books, tables and chairs 72.00%, the use of disinfectant inoculation amount of 82.76% . [Conclusion] The quality of prophylactic disinfection in some kindergartens and nurses in Zhongshan district is not high, and there are big hidden dangers in mouth cups and tableware.
