青年教师的心理挫折是指青年教师在通向目标的道路上遇到自感无法克服的阻碍、干扰而产生的一种焦虑、紧张、愤懑或沮丧、失意的心理状态。这种心理状态的产生,往往会给他们造成心理上的种种疾患,从而影响他们主动性、积极性、创造性的发挥,影响他们的前途,理想的实现,也给学校工作造成一定的损失。因此,正确处理农村青年教师心理挫折,是学校工作不可忽视的问题之一。
The psychological frustration of young teachers refers to the anxious, nervous, resentful or depressed, frustrated mentality that young teachers encounter on their way to the goal due to obstacles and interference that they can not overcome. This kind of state of mind often causes them psychological disorders, thus affecting their initiative, enthusiasm and creativity to exert their influence on their future and their dreams. It also causes some losses to their school work. Therefore, correctly handling the psychological setbacks of rural young teachers is one of the problems that can not be ignored in school work.
