采用模式匹配法设计了双排正方柱金属销波导带通滤波器,然后利用经验公式将正方柱等效成圆柱。在此基础上又利用基片集成波导和普通矩形波导之间的转换公式,将普通波导滤波器改用基片集成波导结构来实现,滤波器采用双排金属过孔结构使所设计的滤波器具有良好的带外抑制特性。且结构简单、成本低廉,便于加工,适合批量生产。设计结果的HFSS仿真验证了模式匹配法的精确性和经验公式的可靠性。
A double-row square-column metal-pin waveguide band-pass filter is designed by using the pattern matching method, and then the square column is equivalent to a cylinder by empirical formula. On the basis of this, we use the conversion formula between the substrate integrated waveguide and the ordinary rectangular waveguide to convert the ordinary waveguide filter into the substrate integrated waveguide structure. The double-row metal via structure of the filter makes the designed filter Has good out-of-band rejection. And simple structure, low cost, easy processing, suitable for mass production. The HFSS simulation results verify the accuracy of the pattern matching method and the reliability of the empirical formula.
