人力资源是企业运行的基本要素,人力资源管理是企业组织管理的基本内容。有效的人力资源管理能够为企业提供必需的人力资源,保障企业不断创造价值,从而实现可持续发展。作为一个黄金企业,把黄金生产流程概括为勘探→开采→选矿→冶炼→加工,与人力资源管理的招聘入职、组织管理、绩效考核、培训开发、选拔任用等职能模块异曲同工,因此形容为人力资源管理的“五个金”:探金、采金、选金、炼金和用金。
Human resources are the basic elements of business operations, human resources management is the basic content of business organization and management.
