中海油东方石化有限责任公司(下简称东方石化)8万吨/年甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)产品的硫含量偏高,不能满足国Ⅴ车用汽油调合标准。在MTBE的生产过程中,MTBE比C4对硫化物有更高的溶解性,进料C4中的硫化物绝大部分被富集到MTBE产品,目前MTBE硫含量维持在80~200μg/g较高水平。为此东方石化采取了以下降硫措施:(1)在液膜脱硫醇反应器进料流程增设进料混合器,确保进料混合均匀,提高传质效果,同时适当增加碱液浓度等手段,以提高液化气的脱硫效果,脱后液化气总硫质量分数保持在10~15μg/g,从而降低气分后混合C4原料硫化物的携带量;(2)在MTBE生产单元末端增设MTBE萃取蒸馏系统,采用MTBE产品再萃取蒸馏方法脱硫,最终可使MTBE硫质量分数降低到<10μg/g,满足国Ⅴ车用汽油调合要求。
