目的探讨晚期青光眼综合治疗效果。方法对62例晚期青光眼小梁切除术中应用可拆除调整缝线及丝裂霉素C,术后联合复方樟柳碱(compoundanisodine,CA)患侧颞区皮下注射改善视神经功能。结果术后早期(术后二周)视力提高37眼(59.68%),其中大于两行12眼(19.35%),视力提高小于两行25眼(40.32%),不提高24眼(38.71%),减退1眼(1.61%),眼压平均13.41mmHg。追踪观察6～24个月,无视力丧失,眼压控制在<15.88mmHg,51眼(82.26%)视野改善/不变53眼(85.48%)。结论晚期青光眼通过术中应用可拆除调整缝线及丝裂霉素C,术后联合CA患侧颞区皮下注射改善视神经功能等综合治疗,可有效避免过早的视力丧失。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive treatment of advanced glaucoma. Methods Sixty - two cases of late glaucoma were treated with detachable suture and mitomycin C and subcutaneous injection of Compoundanisodine (CA) to improve the optic nerve function. Results The visual acuity increased by 37 eyes (59.68%) in the early postoperative period (59.68%), of which 12 eyes (19.35%) were larger than two rows, 25 eyes (40.32% , A decrease of 1 eye (1.61%), IOP average 13.41mmHg. Follow-up observation of 6 to 24 months, no loss of vision, intraocular pressure control in <15.88mmHg, 51 eyes (82.26%) improved / unchanged 53 eyes (85.48%). Conclusions Advanced glaucoma can effectively prevent premature loss of vision by intraoperative application of detachable sutures and mitomycin C combined with subcutaneous injection of CA in the temporal area to improve optic nerve function.
